As private owners we feel that
it is extremely important to publish as much as we can of the feedback that we
receive from guests. It is our aim on this page to give an honest and fair
portrayal of our first class apartments and as much as it is fantastic to
received positive feedback we also value any negative feedback we receive as
this enables us to improve the resort and the service to our valued guests. All of the comments that you see below are sent to us via email and are then
posted on this page. Even though we are under no obligation to publish the
adverse remarks we prefer to respond and resolve these points rather than ignore
them. We hope you recognize the value of our openness and the possible risks
that we have taken to provide you with this information. With us you can be

Hi Gary,
Couple of things, firstly, we think we left a UK to USA adapter and iPod charger in the apartment on the breakfast bar - any chance you can ask them if they found it at all?
Next, the apartment and our stay.... The apartment is beautiful and had everything in it that we needed (except a safe in the kitchen) and it seemed never to have been used at all! The staff in the main were particularly helpful - the Lounge TV remote wouldn't work and the front desk got us the original TV one within 5 minutes of us asking, although I do have to say that all seem to be "on their first day" so they weren't overly sure of some things we asked.
( Gary the resort hadn't been opened long)The location is perfect - close to everything but not too close!
The pool was lovely - but cold! (Gary not any more, resort
wasn't full so they didn't heat the pool with Gas, that was only because the resort was new)
